The Pigeon House is located in the heart of Co. Wicklow in the beautiful village of Delgany. It was opened in October 2015 by Paul Foley and Brian Walsh. Their collaboration brings together over 40 years of experience in the restaurant business.

Heralding a new chapter for the well known Delgany Inn, the Pigeon House is open for breakfast, lunch, brunch and dinner. Executive chef Brian brings with him his philosophy of using high quality, locally produced food creating exciting, seasonal menus. Brian’s style and that of his kitchen team can be described as honest, simple cooking which shows respect for natural flavours. Combine this with friendly, efficient service from the front of house team we believe the Pigeon House has something to offer casual and gastronome diners alike.

In 2016 the Pigeon House was awarded a recommendation from The Michelin Guide and this has been retained to this day. We are proud of this recognition of our aim to provide a local eatery offering a distinctive dining experience to customers at a reasonable price. Recently the arrival of a traditional, Italian wood fired pizza oven has been well received and is proving to be hugely popular.

The Pigeon House seats 100 people and the design of the restaurant comfortably allows for intimate dining as well as space for larger groups. More recently the restaurant has become a popular venue for weddings, attracting couples looking for an alternative setting for their special day.
